The 16 new homes are part of the Aquatic Release.
A selection of homes open directly onto landscaped open space, and all are in close proximity to the future boat harbour and The Waterfront Town Centre.
Buyers can register their interest now if they wish to purchase one of the homes off-the-plan.
Four of the homes directly adjoin the community's landscaped wetlands, and offer access to walkways which lead to the harbour's edge and The Waterfront Town Centre.
The living rooms and master bedrooms will offer views of the wetlands.
The other 12 homes in the Aquatic Release are located 150 metres from the edge of the Shellharbour Marina and boat harbour now under construction, and overlook the neighbouring parkland, while some will also offer harbour glimpses.
All the homes in The Aquatic Release will be sold via online ballot on September 12, with information sessions running from August 31 to September 8.
Simone Dyer, development director - Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said the Aquatic Release offers buyers the luxury of choice, with a home style to suit every stage of life.
She said the homes located close to the wetlands are designed for families looking for a larger home with a large backyard who want the privacy of having no homes immediately behind them.
Elsewhere in the release is a range of three and four-bedroom homes, some with studio lofts, as well as a selection of three-bedroom terrace homes.
Earlier this month, Duffy Kennedy Constructions commenced construction of The Waterfront restaurant and promenade precinct at Shell Cove.
