The Torrens title duplex at 9 Burke Parade, Gerroa will be auctioned on October 13.
Selling agent, Sharon Ford from Ray White Kiama said the property was located opposite the river and Seven Mile Beach.
Sydney-siders Bob and Tonia Dixon have owned the property as a holiday house for 18 years.
In recent times they knocked down a “large, older holiday place” to build the duplex.
“We’re keeping one (as a holiday house) and selling one on the same property,” Mr Dixon said.
“We love the quiet, relaxed lifestyle (of Gerroa), it’s so picturesque.”
Mrs Ford said there wasn’t a price guide for this three-bedroom listing.
She said Gerroa appealed to a range of demographics.
“We’re still seeing some amazing prices in Gerroa,” she said.
“I think it’s one of those niche little marketplaces… I think people are more so looking for that holiday-style accommodation.”
Surf star Sally Fitzgibbons and singer Guy Sebastian both own homes on nearby Stafford Street.
The cottage at 45 Burke Parade sold for $2,010,000 in April.
Also, the five-bedroom house at 65 Burke Parade sold for $3.8 million in 2017.
‘Serendipity’, located at 101 Headland Drive sold for $2.035 million earlier this year.
