Cougars fullback, and St George Illawarra NRL squad member, Rikeya Horne bagged a double while Dragons stablemate Keeley Davis also grabbed a long-range four-pointer in the second half.
Prop Olivia Barry also barged across for her side's second try midway through the opening stanza and Jemima Henry did likewise early in the second to effectively put the match to bed.
Julie Nicoll-Medalist Jaimie-Ann Wright also scored a try to give her side a 14-0 lead at the break in a best-on-ground performance.
“We had no idea what they were going to throw at us, we had to be prepared for anything,” Wright said.
“It wasn't easy, it was never a sure win. Even with 10 minutes left I thought they could still come back at us so we definitely never let up.

“We know we can lose every week and you've got to earn every win. We did that today which is great.”
It was a second straight premiership for the Narooma product, who made the shift up the coast to chase her footy dream two years ago.
"Coming from my hometown and we struggled to win so I know how hard it is to win premiership,” she said.
“I moved here especially for football, I had some advice to come to Corrimal and I haven't regretted it for a second. I'm a born and bred footy head so it's just my life.”
