WESTS remain alone at the top of the Illawara League ladder after a Tony Pellow hat-trick spurred the Devils to a 32-10 win over Berkeley at Parrish Park on Saturday.

Pellow got across after just five minutes and added two more four-pointers by halftime. Mitch Porter also had a try and four goals while Kurt Field got across as the hosts led 28-4 at the break.
Anthony Layoun had his side’s only first-half four-pointer and Alli Allouche scored the only try of the second half to bring the final deficit to 22 points.
Elsewhere, Dapto shocked Helensburgh with a 44-0 first-half blitz to eventually run out 58-12 winners at Rex Jackson Oval.
Corrimal had the bye ahead of their home clash with Thirroul this Saturday. Dapto will host Berkeley in a local derby at Dapto Showground while Helensburgh will look to bounce back when they host Wests.
Collegians will bank another two points with the bye before the competition pauses over the June long weekend.
