A 90th minute penalty save from Bryce Daenell helped Fernhill remain unbeaten to start the season as the Foxes chalked up a valuable 3-2 victory over Woonona Sharks on Saturday.

The Foxes came from behind in the second half to continue the newly minted Illawarra Premier League club’s fantastic start to life in the top flight.
"It has started well for us," Foxes coach Bruce Tilt said.
"We had a good preseason and gave a lot of players a go.
"These kids are believing in themselves. Some of them haven't had this sort of opportunity before but they are taking it was both hands.
"It's fantastic to see them step up and play without fear.
"That no fear attitude will go along way."
Fernhill beat Tarrawanna 1-0 in their first game back in the top division and continued in the same vein at Ocean Park.
Foxes attacker Shinsei Tanaka opened the scoring in the ninth minute with a delightful effort from outside the box.
Woonona went into the break on level terms after Trent Worthington scored from close range. Nick Sullivan put the Sharks in front from close range in the 51st minute. The Foxes scored twice in 3 minutes to wrestle back the lead.
Shortly after having his penalty saved by Jacob Madden, Mitchell Turner put Fernhill back on level terms.
Yusuke Maruyama then gave the visitors the ascendancy when he finished superbly with 21 minutes remaining. Woonona’s chance to level the score came heading into stoppage time, but Daenell saved Brendan Pattman’s effort.
