Traffic is being affected in both directions and motorists are being advised to exercise caution and reduce their speed while the accident is cleared.
The crash occurred at the same time as a single vehicle accident on the Hume Hwy at Berrima 2km south of Greenhills Road.
Southbound traffic is being affected as emergency services attend the scene.
