'Vue Magnifique' is located at 23 Pheasant Point Drive, Kiama.
Including three bathrooms, three bedrooms plus a media room and office, it has a price guide of $3.15 million to $3.465 million.
Owners Pamela, now 75, and prominent businessman Neville Burrows, 85, are including all furniture, goods and chattels in the sale price.
The couple subdivided two large blocks of land at the site, and had 'Vue Magnifique' built 15 years ago.
Having split their time between Goulburn and Kiama, Mrs Burrows said the Kiama property "wasn't a holiday home for us, it was truly a home".
"We love the view, we love the style of the place, it's very easy living," she said.
Now retired, the Burrows also own a rural property in Goulburn, and were planning to buy a home in Canberra to be closer to family.
"So we'll have a city and a country home," she said.
"We've had 15 beautiful years in Kiama, and we're just moving on."
If they're in those beautiful positions, they're generally a lot older and need a lot of renovation. Whereas this is relatively young.
Mrs Burrows said the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on the property market hadn't been a consideration when deciding to sell.
"It was just a decision we made one night," she said.
The selling agent is Michele Lay from Ray White Kiama.
"This type of house just doesn't come up often - it's extremely unique," Ms Lay said.
"A lot of our houses that are in those types of locations - on the Pheasant Point precinct, or on Gwinganna Avenue, which are north-facing - a lot of those types are quite old.
"They've been standing there since the '70s.
