Wollongong Homeless Hub general manager Mandy Booker said the generous donations would assist many people during the coronavirus outbreak.
"The milk and food donated by Fraternity Club has been extremely helpful. It was so good to get so much fresh milk. There were crate loads of it," she said.
"We were able to get that straight out to families at our community houses, which are run by our Wollongong Emergency Family Housing branch. The food went straight into takeaway breakfast packs we are now handing out at the Homeless Hub. Because of the health restrictions, we had to close our community kitchen. So, we are making up meals for homeless people to take with them."
Ms Booker said the Homeless Hub had been "desperately short of food for the past week, especially with demand increasing as other free community meal services are forced to close".
"We are currently planning to make up food packs to personally take out to rough sleepers. We hope to get that going this week," she said.
"There are many desperate homeless people out there searching for places to get free food and donations like that from the Fraternity Club are playing a really valuable role in helping the Wollongong Homeless Hub to help those in that desperate need."
Fraternity Club chef Mauri Villella said the club had previously assisted the Homeless Hub through the successful ClubGRANTS program by providing financial assistance.
