Congratulations to Lara Check G16 from Nowra High School on the recent article featuring her in the South Coast Register. Lara has pocketed 7 state level medals over two competitions. At the recent All Schools Championships Lara claimed three bronze medals in the long jump (5.50m), high jump (1.65m) and triple jump (10.98m) as well as finishing 6th in the 100m hurdles final.

It is with a heavy heart we say goodbye to Chelsea and Crystal, who because of other commitments on Wednesday evenings, wont be able to compete in our domestic competition. Both girls will be joining IBS who have their club competitions on Sundays. Both girls have been exemplary ambassadors of the club in all athletic competitions and we all wish them the best for the future.
