Rishi worked as head chef at a local Indian restaurant for five years as well as various other restaurants in the area after qualifying in Commercial Cookery in 2007.
The meals can be delivered in the local area and when it comes to catering, you can discuss ordering special food items that are not on the menu.
The dine-in menu is extensive including meat and vegetarian dishes, naan breads, rice, side dishes and much more.
"The banquet selection at $35.99 for a minimum of two people includes entrees, mains, rice, breads and side dishes," Rishi said.
Try Chicken Tikka Masala with chicken tikka cooked with onion, capsicum, tomatoes and aromatic spices in a traditional sauce or the Lamb Roganjosh consisting of lamb braised with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and spices.
The takeaways are very popular too.
A takeaway favourite is Tandoori Prawns with king prawns marinated traditionally, skewered and cooked over a slow fire in clay oven (tandoor).
Another popular option is the Mixed Platter for two that has a combination of four entrees - two pieces each of vegetable samosa, vegetable pakora, chicken tikka and lamb cutlets.
Rehal's Divine Indian Restaurant is conveniently located just opposite the new Shellharbour Civic Centre.
"There are a lot of people moving into this area," Rishi said. "This is a growing area, especially with the marina under construction while the Shellharbour city centre has become very busy as well.
"We enjoy living here."
Rehal's Divine Indian Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Monday with lunch from 11.30am - 2.30pm and dinner from 5pm till late.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.
