The tree-change escape 'Ahimsa' is located at 476A Brogers Creek Road, Brogers Creek (near Berry).
Wright recently sold it for $1 million.
Wright suffered a traumatic brain injury and minor brain bleed after being pummelled by waves before the Pipeline Masters event in Hawaii in December 2015.
In early 2017, Wright made a return to competition, 15 months on from the serious head injury.
According to Australian Property Monitors, Wright purchased the Brogers Creek property in April 2016 for $765,000. He had bought it as an escape while he recovered from his injury.
Selling agent, Kate Morgan of Ray White Gerringong said the property had attracted plenty of interest from Sydney-siders, but was ultimately sold to a Canberra buyer.
The property sits on 2.39 hectares, with the bottom boundary being Brogers Creek itself.
