The big ticket item is Deluxe Deluxe by Strut & Fret (the minds behind last year's burlesque circus Limbo and Madonna's recent Rebel Heart tour).
Amy G is the ring-leader of the burlesque circus, replacing Scot Nery for the Wollongong season who was subbed out with scheduling issues.
The New Yorker has "been on the road for 20 years doing all sorts" as a clown, comedian, singer and worked in circus, television and theatre.
"[In the show] I'll be doing a bit of singing, dancing, i'll be making a fool of myself," she said, adding a tap-dance routine on roller-skates would also be in the mix.
Other daring feats on stage will be a contortion performance with maple syrup, break-dancing and a spectacular aerial rendition from a performer who hangs by her hair.
Other shows to pop up during the Spiegeltent season include stories from John Safran; cabaret from Queen of the Cross, Carlotta; music legend Archie Roach; plus comedians like Dave Hughes, Judith Lucy, Tom Gleeson, Paul Foot, Tommy Little and Joel Creasey.
While kids won't miss out with Wolfgang's Magical Musical Circus which blends circus thrills with musical mayhem to tell the story of classical music's favourite child prodigy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
