Govers has scored in all three games and is in the running for the top scorer with five goals.
After his indifferent performance at the Rio Olympics, the Park player has now regained his confidence and perfected his drag flicks with precision.
After his hat trick in the 11-0 drubbing of China, Govers pocketed 50,000 rupees for the player of the match.
“We had a great game today and really gelled together so it was positive,” Govers said post-match.
“We had no clue what to expect. We just stuck to our game plan. We were playing China and had a game plan, that’s it really.”
