Ben and Naomi Hudson, co-owners of businesses His Boy Elroy and Lee and Me are selling 46 Donovan Road, Toolijooa.
It has a price guide of $1.5 million to $1.7 million.
The couple bought the tiny old house in 2015, then completely gutted it and added a new modern extension.
Architecturally-designed by the renowned Alex Urena, the works were completed by Lime Building.
“We’ve been living there for two years, and we spent a year before that, renovating it and landscaping,” Mr Hudson said.
“We’ve renovated places in the past, but this was definitely a bigger scale job.
“It was like a one-bedroom cottage, and now it’s a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home… It was definitely a fun project for us.
“It’s got animals on there, so it’s got quite a rural feel. It was a dream that we always wanted to have this rural property of an acre or so, the chickens and the goats and that sort of thing.”
Some of Lee and Me’s produce has been derived from the property’s vegetable patches, orchards and dam.
Mr Hudson said the family planned to relocate back to Wollongong in order to be closer to their businesses.
The selling agent is Carrie Bond of South Coast Prestige Properties.
