Among his priorities is the creation of a Wollongong Criniti’s Pizza and he wants to know what the city wants on it.
Mr McFadden is aware of the rich multicultural community that makes up Wollongong and wants locals to help him produce the restaurant’s Gong Pizza.
Let us know what you’d like to see on Criniti’s Wollongong Pizza by filling in the survey above.
Once the results are collated, Criniti’s hopes to have a “taste-off” where the Illawarra can sample several creations and vote for their favourite.
“Criniti’s is about bringing family to the table and we would like to support the local community and also see what they would like to see on their favourite pizzas. We want to extend our family table to the local community in Wollongong”.
And Mr McFadden said there is no reason why the Gong Pizza can’t feature on the menu at other Criniti’s restaurants. Soon there will be 12 around Australia.
Up to 40 jobs are being created at the 160 seat restaurant in Wollongong and Criniti’s is running open days on May 22 and 23 for people to bring in their CVs. Registrations can be sent to career@crinitis.com.au.
“We are starting recruitment. It will be nice to see the local talent in our restaurant in Wollongong,” Mr McFadden said.
“And we are introducing a new menu in Criniti’s. Obviously there are a lot of family recipes that have been handed down through the family and they will be highly represented on the menu. The latest food trends will be featured there as well.”
