Held at Flagstaff Hill on the first Friday evening of each month, commencing at 5 30pm from October through March, the Twilight Markets showcase a hand-picked selection of some of the Illawarra’s finest food vendors.
“Flagstaff Hill on a Friday evening is a wonderful place to be,” Rotary Club of Corrimal President Sue Clark said.
“This is the second year we have operated the markets. We learnt a lot last year and we will be bringing our guests an even more exciting experience this season.”
Along with familiar food favourites, this year the market will also be home to a limited number of local artists and artisans selling their handmade arts, crafts and produce.
“We are keen to give local artists, artisans and entertainers a platform to show their talents to the Illawarra”, said Corrimal Rotary PR director, Kay Mireylees.
“We will be inviting performances by local community groups and look forward to the fun, family environment this will foster.”
