James, has been entered into three events - the 800m, 400m and the 200m - at the World Para Athletics Championships in London.
At the time of writing this he has competed in the 200m and 400m.
On watching the live feed of the 200m heats, what was apparent was a confident young James patiently waiting his moment to fire among a world class field of T35 athletes.
Starting off quickly, he shot off the bend like a slingshot and powered home just switching off the nitro about 20m from the end to win by about one second in a world record time of 24.15 seconds.
What was very apparent was there was still plenty of petrol in the tank.

The final was the next day and the live feed was spectacular.
It covered the athletes, with a more balanced commentary, as well as the enormous cheering crowd.
James smashed his own world record by setting a new one of 24.09 seconds.
His 400m was an awesomely gut wrenching event.
Starting perhaps a little too fast, this young talent pushed through the pain barrier that only 400m runners know of, to win in 54.27 seconds, which is an Oceania record.
Collapsing to his knees at the end of the race from the sheer emotional and physical exhaustion his sheer elation was still evident. Fortunately, he recovered quickly and enjoyed his crowning moment.
His final event will be his Olympic special event, the 800m.
I can hardly wait.
