All online report information will only ever be reviewed and held by the NSW Police Force.
Information provided will always be secure and confidential.
Once a report is submitted, a new ‘reference’ number is automatically generated and a notification will be sent electronically via email.
As each online report is submitted, the NSW Police will continue to perform the same checks as if the report was made on the phone or at a police station.
As the report is updated a status notification is electronically sent to the community member.
