It was good to see White back at play after last years injury that kept him out of the Rio Olympics, his comeback in the national squad and his recent marriage.
He controlled the midfield and together with captain Heath Ogilvie kept the Meadow forwards at bay with their timely clearances.
Meadow coach Chris Richards was happy with his team's performance conceding only a goal in each half and playing well after Friday's 4-3 win over Wests Illawarra.
It was Richards' sons Daine and Kieran who scored the goals against Wests.
In other games, Robertson are slowly finding it difficult to adjust losing to Wests 5-1 last Thursday and drawing 2-2 against Albion Park on Sunday.
The Students now lead the competition on 9 points followed by Park on 7 and Meadow on 6 points.
In the women's league, Park are leading on 9 points after three rounds after they beat rivals Railway Greys 1-0 with Montana Marsh scoring the winner.
Wests are second on 7 points after they beat Dapto 4-0.
In other games, Robertson best FigDerra 4-0, University beat Jamberoo 4-1 and Meadow drew with Avondale 1–1.
