Fire crews were called to the Metro Petroleum station on the corner of Gipps Road and Braeside Ave about 4.40pm.
The bowser was forced to a 45-degree angle on impact.
The Mercury understands no fuel was spilt in the collision, and the young female driver was unhurt.
A spokesman for NSW Fire and Rescue confirmed there was no leaking fuel at the site and the petrol pump had been isolated.
