Few would argue that biting into a juicy sirloin is a pleasure. Even vegetarians, apparently, as it was recently reported that more than a third of them eat meat when they are drunk. However, the recent rhetoric about meat – especially red meat – has focused on its health dangers, rather than its culinary delights.
